Under The Sea

Wow 2 posts in one day! I really couldn’t keep this from you for much longer though.
As I’ve told you, I’m currently designing for a competition I’m going to enter in March. So when I’ve had the time, I’ve been sketching ideas and have translated those into illustrations so that I can define the details and make the ideas clearer!
I wanted to give a rock edge, like with most things I design, I always add a fantasy element into it but still making it wearable. I also like playing with eyelets and I thought they’d be appropriate on the tentacle-like straps!
I also love mermaids so I just have to add these in..
This one is a really creepy, harsh, not beautiful but beautiful at the same time kind of take on a mermaid. I love it! (not sure where I found it on the internet though?)

I love how her lower body glistens. I also wish I had her long flowing hair!!
